You know the excitement when you see a delicious 'Protein' treat recipe that you get all amped up to create with your mouth drooling, stomach growling and eyes watering with excitement, only to have it taste like an utter cardboard bland disaster?
Well, this isn't one of those recipes.
Alright, let's make this entry short & sweet so you can get baking you newfound favorite diet-friendly treat:
What you'll need:
4 Heaping Scoops of MRE Protein
1/2 Cup of Gluten-Free Flour
1/4 Cup of Honey (high calorie option), Light Maple Syrup or Walden Farms Chocolate Sauce (lowest calorie option)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Natural Nut Butter
1 Cup Cocoa Powder
Water (hopefully you have access to this!)
How to Build
Ok before you do ANYTHING 👉🏼set your oven on Bake at 400 degrees.
Do that first.
Do not hesitate.
Do not wait.
Do it now.
Next, mix all DRY ingredients in a large bowl prior to adding syrup & milk. Once syrup and milk has been added continuing to mix until a brownie-like consistency of the batter

Next, pour your batter in a baking tray.
It's recommended using Coconut Oil or a Light Margarine to grease the pan first, but that's up to you (#yolo for extra fat macros, don't tell coach!) and continue to pour your mixture evenly throughout the pan

Lastly, bake for 15 minutes.
Remove and smell.
- then proceed to let cool for 5 minutes.
You may choose to frost with an icing or eat plain.
